My family finally found a good place for our dental work. Good equipment. Very friendly and well professional personal. Excellent service.
I’ve been a client of the “practice” for over 40 years starting with Dr Swanlund and now Dr. Graas. The new office (relatively speaking) and staff are world class, very clean with all the latest equipment. Dr.

In summary
Reviewers consistently describe Eau Claire Park Dental as friendly, professional, and caring, with many patients staying loyal for years or even decades and bringing their families along too. Dr. Graas and staff members like Mark, Laura, Karly, and Johanne are frequently praised for their skill, gentleness, and willingness to explain every step and procedure clearly. People note the modern, clean facilities with up-to-date technology, and appreciate that appointments run on time and last-minute or emergency issues are often accommodated quickly. Many mention feeling genuinely listened to and comfortable, even those with dental anxiety. A small number of complaints appear, including one about a receptionist's handling of privacy and respect, and another about the practice not covering a dental plan some seniors rely on. Overall, the experience described is overwhelmingly positive.
