How to Install Shono on Your Slack Workspace

Step 1: Authorize in Slack
- Click the "Add to Slack" button and sign in to your Slack account.
- If you're a member of multiple workspaces, choose the one where you'd like to install Shono.
Note: You must be an admin and have the necessary permissions to install the app in your Slack workspace.

Step 2: Select Your Challenge
- Once authorized, pick the challenge you’d like to run in your workspace.
- A dedicated challenge channel will be automatically created in your Slack workspace, and Shono will start working immediately to guide your team!

Step 3: Invite Your Team
- Send an invitation message in your general Slack channel to get your teammates involved.
- Add your teammates directly to the challenge channel to kick off the fun!
