What we will never do
Written down so you can hold us to it, and so you know what to ask anyone else selling you this.
Invent a number
Every figure in your report traces to a stored answer you can open. If we have not measured something, the section says so or does not appear — we do not fill a gap with an estimate that looks like a measurement.
Fabricate social proof
No invented case studies, no made-up lift percentages, no borrowed logos. Where our own site has a slot for a client result and none exists yet, it renders as an empty slot rather than a plausible-looking one.
Write you a fake review
Not a draft, not a template, not a suggestion. Our fix library will help you ask a real client for a real review and reply to the ones you have. It will never produce a review for you to post.
Build doorway pages or spam directories
Nothing we suggest is designed to game a system. Every move is something that makes your business genuinely easier for an assistant to describe accurately.
Tell you what you lost
You will never see "patients you lost" or "revenue you are missing" from us. Those numbers cannot be measured, and presenting them as if they could is a pressure tactic, not a finding.
Guarantee a placement
Nobody controls what an AI assistant says. Anyone promising you a ranking in one is selling you something they cannot deliver.
Hide the method
How we measure is public, including its limits. If a competitor will not tell you what their score is made of, that is worth asking about.
Make leaving difficult
Pause or cancel in two clicks, no retention call, no exit maze. Your past reports stay downloadable after you go.
